Job summary

Qualifications

• 16 years or older.
• Coaching experience with competitive swimming.
• Safety training for coaches and CPR/AED with First Aid.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, managing and evaluating staff and volunteers.
• Supervise facilities on-site and maintain safety during program use.
• Maintain team roster and meet achievements for each member.
• Communicate with swimmers and parents on team policy and activities.
• Attend organizational meetings for swim league and parent groups.
