Job summary

The Jewish Community Center in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an Aquatics Professional Staff member to join our Customer Experience team as an office coordinator for part-time 25-29 hours. You will warmly welcome families, register students, and maintain strong relationships with families and students throughout their time with us.

Expect flexible 4-5 hour shifts, friendly culture, and structured paid training, including first aid certification as needed.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, warm, and assertive with strong relationship-building skills.
• Able to follow safety procedures consistently and maintain structure.
• Willingness to multi-task and stay engaging with families.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome new families and introduce them to the swim program.
• Set up the pool deck area before each shift.
• Register students for class and manage check-in/out between lessons.
• Support move-up/graduation, birthdays and milestones at the pool.
• Post photos/videos to social media in a friendly, personal way.
• Answer parents' questions about schedules and progress.
• Promote referrals to drive new enrollments.
• Support aquatics team and help ensure swimmer safety during lessons.
