• Must be 18+ and passionate about working with children.
• Positive energy with strong communication and natural leadership.
• Willing to work a consistent schedule including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and able to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool, supervising, supporting, and training hourly staff.
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor to deliver safe, engaging lessons.
• Celebrate student wins and monitor progress in the pool across ages.
• Support families to ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
• Stay organized by assisting with scheduling, evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Upload safety standards and promote a safety-first culture for staff and students.
