Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in competitive swimming, preferably USA Swimming/collegiate
• Coaching experience preferred
• Must complete USA Swimming certification: CPR, First Aid, background check, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coaching workouts (writing sets, leading practices)
• Teach basics of all strokes and events
• Provide correct technical feedback to athletes
• Communicate with head coach all necessary information from practices and competition
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for athletes to succeed
