Qualifications

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of club, high school or college swim coaching experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Swim Coach in instructing athletes.
• Organize and direct practice sessions.
• Monitor athletes during practice and competition.
• Maintain timely attendance and follow District policies.
• Provide first aid and respond to emergencies.
