Job summary

Machine Aquatics, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Coach for the 2026–2027 season and beyond. You will work with our Head Site Coach and Site Directors to deliver the training program, support swimmers on deck and in water, and represent the team at competitions.

Excellent growth opportunities within a well-resourced program. Responsibilities include supervising athletes, implementing the coaching plan, coaching on deck, and coordinating with staff to ensure swimmer progression across all levels.

Qualifications

• Active coaching membership with USA Swimming.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required.
• USA Swimming Safety Training for Swim Coaches (STSC) required.
• Athlete Protection Training and background checks current with USA Swimming.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in supervising athletes during practices and meets.
• Implement training programs as specified by Head Coach and Directors.
• Coach on deck and in the water for technical instruction.
• Assist with dryland program supervision and progression tracking.
• Coordinate with site staff to monitor swimmer development across levels.
• Prepare workouts aligned with the training plan.
• Attend team-building and meetings as scheduled.
• Arrange substitute coverage when absent, with approval.
