Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Surveillance Concierge in Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes customer service, presence, and vigilant monitoring at healthcare facilities while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

You will work with a schedule that includes evening shifts and require a background check and drug screening per policy. The pay rate is $17.01 per hour with opportunities to grow via our Shift-claim platform.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical situations, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity per site procedures.
• Document and report incidents and security concerns to Allied Universal leadership.
