Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify authorization as required, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following emergency response activities.
• Observe activity in the lobby and adjacent entry areas, report unusual conditions and deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with bank personnel, customers, and emergency responders, and complete required reports and documentation.
