Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility and grounds.
• Monitor access control points and surveillance systems.
• Respond to incidents and document actions clearly.
• Prepare accurate activity reports for leadership.
