Qualifications

• Current, surgical technology-specific credential accredited by NCCA or similar body (CST/TS-C or CRCST with HSPA).
• 1 year of OR scrub or Sterile Processing Technician experience, or 2 years as surgical technology instructor, or a mix of both.
• Ability to teach lab, clinical and didactic SRGT courses.
• Willingness to travel to multiple clinical sites for student evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses as assigned in lab, clinical and didactic settings.
• Provide course outlines, goals, objectives, and assessment methods.
• Explain attendance, exam policy, and office hour procedures to students.
• Evaluate student progress and assign final grades.
