Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Part-Time RN Lab Tutor to support student learning in nursing labs and simulation. Reporting to the Simulation Lab Manager or Program Director, you assist students with the use of nursing skills equipment and supervise practice sessions.

This non-instructional role does not assign grades or teach new content; you’ll help with equipment setup, safety, and coordinating between CSN campuses.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Nevada RN license.
• BSN required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist students during class laboratory or open laboratory sessions with the operation and use of nursing skills equipment and supplies.
• Ensure equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained for student use.
• Maintain laboratory spaces in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
• Promote safe handling and use of nursing laboratory equipment and supplies.
