Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable in-home Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will assist with skill-building activities and help them pursue personal goals outside of the home environment.

Join a Compassionate team offering paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay to support individuals with varying abilities in their communities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to Recipients.
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Support community outings to promote independence.
