Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes, assisting with skill-building activities and community outings to foster independence. We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Full and part-time positions are available, with opportunities to grow within a caring, uplifting team. You will help recipients maintain independence and improve daily living skills while promoting safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring recipients into the community to support personal goals outside the home.
• Follow care plans and ensure safety during tasks.
