ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan.

We provide paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and the chance to positively impact lives by helping clients build skills and engage with their community.

Formación

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 support with recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist clients in community activities to grow personal goals.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
