Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients’ homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and help Recipients pursue personal goals beyond the home environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Take Recipients into the community to grow personal goals.
• Provide care to the Southeast Michigan community of mental health Recipients.
