BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to drive membership growth and deliver an unbeatable studio experience in Jacksonville, FL. This part-time role focuses on selling memberships and retail, supporting members, and representing BODYBAR at local events.

You’ll be responsible for building relationships, meeting daily goals, and keeping bookings and member interactions organized, while bringing the BODYBAR vibe to life every day.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
