BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience.

In this part-time role with flexible hours, you’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life alongside a fun, motivated team. You’ll need goal-orientation, excellent communication, and a passion for fitness to build relationships, hit daily goals, and represent the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail and private training sales.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.
• Professional, trustworthy and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—bookings, outreach and membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
