Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You\'ll drive membership sales, assist members, and promote the BODYBAR vibe with a positive, motivated team in a part-time role with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates are goal-oriented, fluent in English, and passionate about fitness. You will report to the Studio Manager and are expected to work Weekday/Weekend daytime shifts, contributing to a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Must be goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness and embody BODYBAR culture.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you\'re all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
