Job summary

Faced The Facial Studio in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Studio Host to ensure a welcoming, efficient client journey from booking through check-out and to assist the esthetics team with follow-up and admin tasks.

You will enthusiastically educate clients about Faced’s services, memberships, and skincare products to drive sales, rebookings, and memberships, while maintaining high hospitality standards and building warm professional relationships.

Responsibilities

Answer the studio phone and scheduling system to schedule appointments, answer client questions, and provide general information.
Lead client check-in and check-out processes, including educating about the brand, products, and next steps.
Address clients by name and build warm professional relationships.
Seek client feedback and funnel it to the appropriate party.
Work with the esthetics staff to ensure timeliness of appointments.
Work with management and the esthetics team to resolve any issues decisively and effectively.
Learn and fully utilize the point-of-sale system to ensure seamless booking, check-in, and check-out process. Add client notes for clear communication.
Follow up with clients to generate return visits and assist with scheduling, product needs, etc.
Fill available appointment slots by proactively contacting clients.
Package store retail for client purchases.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the studio.
Assist with inventory management.
Assist with studio reporting.
Assist with laundry, trash, and other studio maintenance.
Follows all applicable regulations and laws.

Job description

As a Studio Host, your work is fundamental to Faced’s overall goal of giving clients an experience that leads them to return time after time. You are responsible for ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and client-centric booking, check-in, and check-out process, as well as supporting the esthetics team and Studio Management with client follow-up and administrative assistance. Furthermore, you are responsible for enthusiastically educating clients about Faced’s services, memberships, and skincare products, leading to sales and rebookings.

Reports To: Studio Director

Primary Duties:

Learns and enthusiastically shares the FACED story, services, memberships, gift cards, and retail offerings with clients, leading to sales generation, rebookings, and membership growth
Exemplifies hospitality
Proactively looks for opportunities to exceed clients’ expectations

Client Service Operations
