Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ Tucson is seeking a part-time team member to deliver exceptional guest services, drive sales, and maintain a clean, well-stocked salon. The role emphasizes welcoming clients, recommending FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and collaborating with the Salon Manager to meet goals.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year in guest services, some sales or marketing experience, and preferably salon exposure. High-school diploma required; esthetician license not required but welcomed.

Qualifications

1 year guest service experience required.
Sales or marketing experience helpful.
Preferred salon experience.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
Maintain an organized schedule.
Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Notify when supplies are low to ensure stock.
Assist in all in-store operational processes.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Follow all company timekeeping procedures.
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures; ensure board compliance at all times.
Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Job Description
