Job summary

MarketScale is hiring two part-time Studio Hosts & Production Assistants to bring that combination to our HQ studios. You’ll work approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around productions. It could fit alongside another job, school, freelance work, or your own creative projects.

Your background might be in hospitality, retail, events, or media. You may already create social content, shoot and edit videos, take photographs, or help others look comfortable on camera.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, retail, events, or media background encouraged.
• Personable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Able to learn on the job with practical instincts.

Responsibilities

• Hosting guests: welcome visitors, support check-in, coordinate arrivals and logistics.
• Bringing the studios to life: give engaging tours, connect what happens here to client work.
• Helping guests feel ready: offer encouragement and on-camera guidance.
• Supporting production: assist with microphones, lighting, cables, chairs, camera placement under direction.
• Preparing the space: set up green rooms and waiting areas, assist with set design and reset.
• Finishing the experience: coordinate photos, gifts, and thoughtful details.
