Job summary

soona is seeking a Studio Creative in Austin for a part-time hourly role reporting to the crew lead. The ideal candidate will create visuals, manage lighting, and design sets while staying organized and juggling multiple projects.

You will interact with clients in-store and remotely, translate inputs into shoots, assist with pre-shoot prep and inventory, and handle up to 30 lbs of lifting. The role offers a strong hourly rate and a probation period of 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional photography or videography, product and lifestyle.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Managing multiple tasks with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals that meet client expectations with professionalism and detail.
• Balance creative execution with business goals and use sales skills to drive revenue.
• Apply various lighting styles to meet client needs and ensure high quality results.
• Interact with clients in-store and remotely; communicate clearly to build trust and set expectations.
• Handle client escalations calmly and provide practical solutions for a smooth experience.
• Assist with pre-shoot prep, equipment organization, and inventory management.
