Job summary

Nexstar Media Group Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer in Binghamton, NY to handle day-to-day upkeep, repairs, and operation of our television station facilities.

You will report to the Chief Engineer and help supervise on-site contracted work to keep studios and offices safe and functional. The role emphasizes HVAC and electrical monitoring, general maintenance, safety compliance, and grounds care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Broad experience with general maintenance, repairs, and handyman tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs in studios and offices.
• Repair doors, locks, windows, and office furniture.
• Conduct routine plumbing maintenance and fix leaks.
