Qualifications

• Enrolled Delaware Valley University student.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff Segal Hall Reception Desk in rotation with other student workers.
• Check in students using ExperienceLink kiosk for CSPD/testing.
• Create testing envelopes for upcoming exams.
• Data entry, email merges, and spreadsheet management.
• Answer CSPD and Segal Hall phones and transfer calls.
