Job summary

Delaware Valley University is seeking a Student Worker to assist the IT Help Desk in Doylestown. You will help staff deploy and maintain campus computer equipment and serve students, staff, and faculty at the Help Desk.

Responsibilities include answering calls, logging tickets, setting up equipment, installing software, and assisting with wiring and inventory. A valid on-campus student with work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled Delaware Valley University student.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls at the Help Desk.
• Entering tickets in the Help Desk system.
• Setting up equipment in various on-campus locations.
• Installing software and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Assisting students and faculty with computer operation.
• Cleaning equipment and changing printer toner cartridges.
• Transporting equipment throughout campus.
• Recording and maintaining inventory records.
• Assisting the Telecommunications team with wiring or other projects.
• Other duties as assigned
