Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is hiring Support Staff/Staff Assistant to assist in classrooms for 3-5 year olds. The role offers part-time options with 17.5 or 26 hours per week, spread across days as noted in the posting.

Candidates should have a college degree and experience with young children, be prepared for diapering and toileting support, and be ready to engage families and staff. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• This role requires effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience working with children ages 3-5 is preferred.
• Willingness to learn ABA principles and apply discrete trials.
• Must be able to meet background check requirements and work with care.

Responsibilities

• Support staff assisting with classroom activities and supervision.
