Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay is seeking a Community Connector to support students in the Pathways to Mobility pilot with Brown County United Way. You will help students set goals, navigate barriers, and connect with campus and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with participants and serve as a consistent contact.
• Identify barriers to student success (transportation, childcare, housing, etc.).
• Help students set milestones for education, finances, and personal goals.
• Develop practical action plans to address barriers and milestones.
• Connect participants to NWTC and community resources via warm referrals.
• Follow up to ensure services are accessed.
• Navigate challenges and build skills to access resources independently.
• Coordinate with NWTC staff and community partners to avoid duplication.
• Maintain timely documentation of goals, interactions, referrals, progress, outcomes.
• Share insights on service gaps with BCUW to improve coordination.
