Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at IU Bloomington for the 2025-2026 academic term, including summer if applicable.
• Maintains good academic standing for the duration of employment.
• Experience with coursework, programming, planning, and social media activities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks under direct supervision and independently.
• Provide project management, assessment, and evaluation for event facilitation and peer development.
• Assess and support Event Facilitation, Peer Development, and Project Development activities.
• Select program activities and collect student data.
• Provide reports based on data assessment.
• Support career readiness programs for the 21st Century Scholars Program.
