Indiana University Bloomington seeks a Part-Time Student Project Assistant to support Building Maintenance, Landscape Service, and Building Services. You will enter asset data, collect field information, and help develop annual repair schedules while assisting the call center with inquiries.
The role requires current IU enrollment, strong project management basics, and excellent communication. Work hours are 16–20 weekly with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM office window.
Capital Planning and Facilities (CPF) works to ensure that Indiana University (IU) campuses are beautiful, functional, and sustainable supporting excellence in teaching, learning, research, and community engagement across the entire university. A unit within CPF, Facility Operations , maintains our physical campus to support research, teaching, and learning at Indiana University Bloomington. As a unit of Capital Planning and Facilities, Facility Operations provides wide-ranging services all with the goal of creating a beautiful, well-functioning campus.
The Part-Time Student Project Assistant will provide assistance to the directors of Building Maintenance, Landscape Service, and Building Services.
