Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Education, Communications, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• One (1) year of experience in student life, student engagement, campus programming, event coordination, higher education, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or activities and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with diverse populations and fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Student Orientation program each semester.
• Develop and implement student engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and communications materials.
• Coordinate training for student leaders and clubs, including leadership development and policies.
• Coordinate the Student Ambassador Program by supporting recruitment, training, and mentoring.
• Provide operational support for campus programs and events; serve as a club advisor as assigned.
• Assist in development and monitoring of departmental budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate programs at James Kerney Campus to promote equity across locations.
• Assess participation and gather feedback to improve programs.
