• Part-time position up to 19 hours per week.
• Schedule may include mornings, lunch periods, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends.
• Strong communication and friendly customer service.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, employees, guests, and community customers.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and answer basic menu questions.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions.
• Serve and package food and beverages according to established standards.
• Assist with preparing dining and service areas before opening.
• Restock beverages, condiments, utensils, napkins, and other service items.
• Maintain clean tables, counters, beverage stations, and customer areas.
• Assist with O’Cuisine dining service and special events as needed.
• Communicate customer requests and order information effectively with kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Wrangler Kitchen and Culinary teams.
