Job summary

Wellesley College is seeking a Student Involvement Assistant to support student organizations and campus programs while helping with the day-to-day operations of the department. This intermittent, fixed-term, part-time role is on campus with a $20/hour rate.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Support annual campus programs and student organizations.
• Assist with day-to-day department operations and Beebe storage oversight.
• Coordinate events and provide logistical support for programs and campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling using 25Live and engagement initiatives.
