Job summary

Waterstone at Wellesley is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) for a part-time schedule (10am-5pm, Mon, Fri, Sat) up to 20 hours/week. The role supports residents with engaging programming and daily enrichment within a premier senior living community in Wellesley, MA.

Qualifications

Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing; able to work independently.
Excellent communication, professional demeanor, and leadership abilities.
Some computer knowledge and strong customer service skills.
Experience in a customer-based senior living environment.
Experience in senior living preferred.
Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
Must be able to push, pull and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

Implements a wide array of programming for residents and keeps them engaged.
Flexible to support other departments when needed; completes required paperwork.
