Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 college hours plus one year related experience.
• Higher-ed environment experience preferred.
• Experience planning, publicizing, and implementing programs or activities.
• Experience with college or post-secondary students and delivering classroom presentations.
• Experience assisting with resumes and career development.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the department.
• Cross-train in multiple areas with student support responsibilities.
• Provide direct face-to-face, phone, and electronic customer service.
• Support marketing efforts for department programs from planning to implementation.
• Oversee planning and execution of campus activities.
• Coordinate clubs, events, and related forms.
• Lead on-campus reservations for rooms, equipment, and other activities.
• Follow policies for data collection, recording, and program assessment.
• Act as a team lead for Student Workers or others.
• Attend trainings and supportCollege mission.
