Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) seeks a Specialist, User Services to support installation, modification, and minor repair of hardware and software, and to provide user training. The position reports to the IT Business Administration department, is located at the TCCD District Offices, and requires Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm with no remote work option.

Starting pay is $45,900 per year, paid monthly. Required qualifications include an Associate's degree or 60 college hours with three years

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 60 college hours plus 3 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and higher education experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support and resolve tickets.
• Install, modify, and repair hardware and software as needed.
• Train users and document resolutions for IT knowledge base.
• Enter, maintain, and respond to tickets using the ITSM system.
