Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor and stockroom.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist with ordering, handling damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas stocked and organized according to company standards.
• Protect assets and cash; enforce safety and company policies.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
