Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a talented Part-Time Team Lead to help build a profitable, customer-centric store in Meridian, ID. You will support the Store Manager in recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent while ensuring seamless store operations and a premium in-store experience.

You will drive outstanding customer service, manage product flow, and uphold visual standards, loss prevention, and omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

2+ years Retail Management experience.
Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week.
Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
Utmost character, honesty, and transparency.

Responsibilities

Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
Fosters a culture of communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities.
Administers performance appraisals, sets goals and conducts regular check-ins with direct reports.
Delivers high-quality product services with attention to branding, debossing, boot shaping, and related tasks to ensure a premium customer experience.
Understands and supports OMNI Channel business processes to service customers effectively.
Upholds stock-to-sales processes, presentation standards, and product placement.
