Job summary

Five Below in Passaic, NJ is seeking a Support Lead to oversee daily store operations in a part-time role. You will supervise crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and assist with stock receiving and organization to keep the floor stocked and engaging for guests.

The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and coordinating with the store leadership team to optimize merchandising and service levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowers customers through personal contact and fast, friendly check-out experiences.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep sales floor stocked.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by improving merchandising and customer service.
