Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Open and close procedures are completed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following merchandising guidelines (POGs).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and handle customer relations per policy.
