Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates a high energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors to associates.
• Supervises and coaches sales process and training to ensure highest level of service and sales.
• Resolves consumer concerns per policy with customer satisfaction in mind; partners with store manager on issues.
• Coaches and provides feedback with store management to drive engagement and retention.
• Manages cash handling and merchandise operations including shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
