Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a high energy store experience by engaging consumers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach associates on sales training processes to ensure highest service.
• Partner with store management to set expectations and drive engagement.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Support store management to meet sales and performance goals daily.
