Levi Strauss & Co. Altoona store is seeking a dynamic retail leader to coach and develop the team while delivering a standout customer experience. You will model best practices, train new hires, and uphold store policies in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll resolve customer concerns, partner with management on escalations, and drive daily sales goals while supervising the team in leadership's absence.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with supervising and coaching.
• Experience in training associates on service practices and policies.
• Ability to adapt to busy, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers and coach associates to deliver high-energy store experiences.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with policy and partner with store manager on escalations.
• Train new hires and current staff on culture, products, service, and loss prevention.
• Set expectations with management and provide formal performance feedback.
• Handle cash and merchandise operations while upholding store policies.
• Support management in achieving daily sales and performance goals.
