Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Bourne, MA to assist the Store Management team with store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead the store crew in the manager’s absence, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and daily targets met.

You will supervise, price and stock merchandise, maintain displays, and handle customer issues in line with company policy. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights, weekends, and urgent issues is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise crew via directing and following up on activities and communicating with store management.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory for promotions and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
