Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations in Milpitas, CA. You will lead staff in the absence of management and drive store performance with a strong emphasis on customer service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, pricing and stocking merchandise, and ensuring merchandising displays and weekly promotions run smoothly. Flexible scheduling and occasional overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including some mornings, overnight and weekend shifts; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor, ensuring opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems, and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and uphold CVS policy.
