Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join our store leadership team in California. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable, ensure smooth operations, and uphold high standards of customer service and privacy.

You will also handle merchandising, pricing, and inventory tasks, supporting weekly promotions and seasonal displays while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories per promotions and seasonal changes.
