Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Fallbrook, CA to support the Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong focus on customer service. When managers are unavailable, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, handle customer questions, stock and merchandise, and maintain CVS standards while building loyalty and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew and direct activities; communicate with management and crews.
• Assist customers and maintain CVS customer service culture; handle complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly/promotional items.
