• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture; greet and thank customers.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities; communicate between management and crew.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, arrange displays, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following planograms.
