CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering exceptional customer service and daily store execution. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure a smooth daily operation in the CVS/pharmacy environment.

The role emphasizes customer relations, merchandising, and compliance with company policies, with a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends.

Competenze

• Flexibility to work early morning, overnight, weekends and overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints per policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist in merchandising, pricing, stocking, and inventory tasks.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
