Job summary

CVS Health in Lynwood, CA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain strong customer service focused operations.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, pricing and stocking, executing displays, and addressing customer questions while upholding CVS policies and confidentiality. Prior retail supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervisory abilities.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of management to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Execute displays and inventory according to promotions and POGs.
• Maintain confidentiality and support store management.
