Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, driving store execution and customer service excellence. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising the store crew, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining displays while upholding confidentiality and CVS service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and support store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly/promotional merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews; maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in department resets following planograms (POGs) and general upkeep.
